At Le Rose Stories, we want you to be completely in love with your fashion finds. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
